Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and all activity that occurs through your account.
Acceptable use
You may use InterviewAssist only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, copy or reverse engineer it where prohibited, or use it to infringe another person's rights.
Interview and platform rules
You are responsible for following the rules, confidentiality obligations, and acceptable-use policies of each employer, interviewer, assessment provider, and communication platform. InterviewAssist does not guarantee a job offer, interview result, or hiring decision.
Plans, payments, and cancellation
Paid features are provided according to the plan or credit pack shown at purchase. Prices and plan features may change for future purchases. Monthly and yearly access are prepaid, time-limited purchases and do not renew automatically. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
Service availability
We work to keep InterviewAssist available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate, and you are responsible for reviewing how you use them.
Intellectual property
InterviewAssist and its software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to process it and provide the service.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when these terms are violated, when needed to protect users or the service, or when required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above will show the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
